Intro
It has long been known that deep breathing contributes positively to alleviating all complaints associated with tension or illness. Herbalist Künzle wrote in 1945: "Breathing is the greatest art of living, because oxygen is the basic condition of our existence."
Around 70% of people are breathing too shallowly. Künzle analysed the breathing of his patients for 35 years. His analyses revealed that breathing is extremely important for relieving chronic pain. The latest findings from fascia research also show that breathing is a decisive factor in improving the symptoms of chronic tension.
